TPC perspective
Tool adoption does not guarantee improved performance. Start with a question: which decision do we want to improve, and why?
Define the current situation, the people involved and an observable outcome. A shorter cycle matters when it improves execution quality, risk or service.
Then examine data availability, system limitations and human accountability. Who validates a recommendation? Who can stop an action? What triggers escalation?
A useful pilot compares outcomes against a baseline, documents limitations and defines when to continue, adapt or stop.
