Sustainability

From commitment to evidence: make priorities concrete.

Connect material issues to procurement practices and a verifiable action plan.

TPC perspective

A sustainable procurement policy expresses an intention. To guide decisions, it needs to connect to the specific issues of categories, locations and suppliers.

Materiality identifies important issues. Risk analysis clarifies exposure. Evidence helps assess what is actually implemented.

These dimensions complement each other. An average maturity score should not obscure a critical weakness. A priority issue needs an explicit response even when the overall score looks satisfactory.

Assign an owner, a deadline, resources and evidence of progress to each action. Revisit priorities as the context changes.
